What is the pricing for the units?
One bedrooms start at $805 and two bedroom units start at $1,175.

What is included in the monthly rental rate?
*Your monthly rental rate includes common area maintenance upkeep (snow removal included) and trash fees.
*Non-reserved garage parking is provided. Access to the garage parking is via a walkway connected to The Lofts building or the lowest level of the Dillard's parking garage for the Dixson building.
*A vertically stacked washer/dryer combination is provided in each unit.
Maintenance and repair services are provided for any issues that may arise and service is available 24/7 in the event of emergency, and Security is on site 24/7.
*Residents are welcome to reserve the Zona Rosa Community Room facility for group events.
*Package pick-up and drop-off is available through the Guest Services Desk in the Zona Rosa complex.

How can I view a loft or apartment?
